Our 9th graders attended the Career Navigator, a program developed by SCSC, in partnership with South Central College and local industry professionals, to explore a variety of career options.
Through the Career Navigator program, students learn about the diversity and economics of college and career choice, experience six career fields through hands-on learning, and consider the preparation needed for success.
Career fields explored today included agriculture, food and natural resources; art, communications and information systems; engineering, manufacturing and technology; health science technology; human services; and business, management and administration.

It's a little chilly outside but the greenhouse is beautiful! Students were planting this morning to prepare for spring and summer veggies and flowers!

The Knight Climbers showed up in style for Climb2Feed Kids, an incredible fundraiser put on by Feeding Our Communities Partners, that directly impacts so many of our students. Thanks to your generosity, we raised over $1,200 to support local Backpack and Powerpack Food Programs!
Not only that… we showed some speed too, finishing with the 9th fastest relay time!
Thank you to everyone who donated and supported this cause. We’re already looking forward to next year!

The Application for Educational Benefits does more than connect eligible families to important supports — it also helps schools access critical funding for programs and student services. Even now that school meals are provided at no cost, a drop in applications can reduce resources for your school community.
Congratulations to our Queen Jaci and King Colton!
This afternoon, Mrs. Bergstad’s science class learned from MnDOT about bridge types, strengths, repairs, and design. They showed the students the work they did on Highway 60 and the effort it took to remove the old Rapidan Bridge after the flood. The students built bridge models, worked as a team, followed instructions, and experienced a little trial and error—but gained many learning opportunities along the way.
Thank you, MnDOT, for coming in and educating our students!
