
Students and staff have been having fun with book fair dress-up days this week!



Masks are no longer required on school buses. The CDC masking guidelines have been updated. LCWM encourages anyone who wants to continue to wear one to please do so. Drivers and riders are no longer required just encouraged.


The K-1 Spring Program is Thursday, March 10th at 6:30 pm.

We had a great turn out for our LCWM Kindergarten Roundup. A huge shout out to our kindergarten teachers, paraprofessionals, office staff, and wonderful parents for braving the weather and spending an evening with us. Thank You! 🙏

Last Friday was the 100th Day of School!

A few students stopped by the bus garage today to wish our WONDERFUL Bus Drivers a Happy Bus Driver Appreciation Day! Donuts were delivered along with cards and posters made by students. THANK YOU for getting our kids to school and back home safely every day!!!

Spring conferences are coming up soon...March 3rd and 7th! There will be a Book Fair and fun Dress up Days Beginning next Monday, February 28th!


There will be a change in the Elementary lunch menu for tomorrow (Friday, February 11th).
Lunch will be as follows:
Chicken Patty, French Fries, and Baked Beans.

Kindergarten Round Up will be on Thursday, February 24th from 6:00-7:00 pm.

The Snow Court Candidates visited the Elementary today and took a walk through the school! Congratulations to all of the candidates!

LCWM Elementary School raised over $1000 for the Backpack food program and had an awesome time at the Climb to Feed Kids Event yesterday! Thank you Climbers, and THANK YOU to all those who donated to this wonderful cause!!

Tomorrow is Movie and PJ Day for the Elementary School!


Hannah Geistfeld, is a LCWM substitute teacher on a regular basis, will soon be taking over for an elementary teacher's maternity leave. Hannah Geistfeld plays college basketball for Bethany Lutheran College and grew up in Truman. Tomorrow is Pajama Day for all students and staff at the Elementary School!


Mr. Larry read a book, and then played the guitar and sang a song to Knights Plus today. He plays for several classrooms each year.
