Dietary Accomodations

If your child has a specific food allergy or food accommodation needed here at school our kitchen staff can try to provide meals with the necessary accommodations at the Elementary and Secondary Schools.

Please see the District School Nurse -Jessica Thormodsgard and the Food Services Manager -Donna Dunlap before the start of school. If you are a new student please let us know as soon as possible. 

   Requirements to receive an accommodated meal:

• Special Diet Statement - filled out initially and only one time by MD (unless the diet changes)

• Doctor Order - filled out with specific instructions of the food allergy or accommodation -annual renewal

• Health/Emergency Care Plan - on file in the health office-annual renewal
